1 - Bishop’s Office:

This office is located in the same building as Bishop’s house. In there all matters concerning immigration, passports and other important church documents are kept. At present Bishop doesn’t have a full-time secretary.

2 - Diocesan Health Service Office:

This office takes care of all the Catholic Agency Sub-health center and the clinics and their staff especially in the Middle-Fly and the North Region in the diocese.

3 - Diocesan Catholic Education Office:

This office takes care of the Agency schools and the teachers in the diocese.

4 - Diocesan Christian Education Office:

This office takes care of religious education in the Agency and the Government schools. It is also responsible for all Religious Education materials for the schools.

5 - Diocesan Vocation Office:

This office takes care of guiding the young people to Religious life and Priesthood and all the vocation promotion in the diocese.

6 - Communication, Transport and Provision Office:

This office takes care of the two-way radio network throughout the diocese, collecting and sending letters. It also takes care of purchasing tickets at the request of the Administration and purchasing food stuffs at the request of the teachers and dispatching them to the outstations.

7 - Diocesan Administration Office:

This office takes care of all the Financial matters and Technical matters in the diocese.

8 - Callan Services:

This office takes care of persons with disabilities.

9 - Diocesan Women’s Service:

This office takes care of all the women in the diocese to help them develop themselves as persons and as active members of the community.

10 - Integral Human Development Diocesan Office:

This office promotes community awareness regarding human rights and respect for human dignity. It also provides service for civic education, for creating political, environmental and other forms of awareness and for adult literacy.

 11 - Diocesan Youth Services:

This office seeks to involving all the youth in service to one another and to the whole community. It helps the youth organize so as to create, prepare and carry out religious, cultural and social activities.

12 - Diocesan Team of Pastoral Animation:

This office sees to the technical elaboration of the Pastoral Plan, animates and promotes community spirituality, provides spiritual and pastoral formation to the pastoral agents, and creates necessary instruments for animation and formation.

13 - Peter To Rot Formation Centre:

The centre provides facilities for meetings, workshops, retreats, seminars etc. The participants who attend the courses are also accommodated.

14 - Montfort Press:

This service offers bulk printing at a reasonable cost, both to diocesan and outside groups.

15 - Family Life Commission:

This commission helps all the families respond to their vocation, assists them in living their life as a Journey of Faith. The service is also organised to help the couples at the different stages of their life (engagement, marriage, raising of children, middle age, older life, death).

16 - AIDS Commission:

This commission offers awareness and materials on the disease called HIV/AIDS to the people in diocese.

17 - Catechetical and Sacramental Commission:

This commission does the study of the materials for various sacraments that are available in the diocese in view of preparing the people (children, youth and adult). It also offers methodology and programmes for the sacramental preparation of the people.

18 - Liturgical Commission:

This commission prepares guidelines and policies for the liturgical celebrations, for

sacraments, para-liturgies, etc. It also studies the topic of liturgy in view of inculturation.
